This quote has given me a fresh perspective on leadership. It emphasizes that even with vast experience and skills, an effective leader requires more. Developing communication skills is essential. A good leader must be able to convey a message that can be easily understood by their team. Therefore, being able to communicate well is another defining quality of a good leader.

    Your interpretation is good. Just to add on, to me, deliver message that is easily understandable is not enough for a leader, their message also have to be encouraging and motivational to boost the bonding and productivity of the team.
